Shipping policy

In our effort to satisfy our customers, we present our shipping and exchange policy:
1. The package is inspected.
2. No exchange or return is allowed after receiving the product from the courier, according
to the Consumer Protection Agency's declared regulations covering this type of product.
3. In case of a product defect or manufacturing fault, we will cover the full shipping cost for
exchange or return.
4. In other cases, the customer bears the shipping cost for the exchange or return process.
5. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method within 7 working days of
receiving the returned product.
