The shipment and its contents are inspected in the presence of the courier before receipt.
Upon receipt, the full amount of the package must be paid.
In case of refusal to receive, the customer (recipient) must pay the full shipping fee to the
courier and reject the shipment for return processing.
No exchange or return is allowed after receipt from the courier, according to the published
legal rules and Consumer Protection Agency regulations for personal care products.
In case of a product error or manufacturing defect, the company will bear the full shipping
cost for exchange. This is the only case in which a product replacement is accepted (with a
defect-free product). Returns are not accepted.
